This article published in a book chapter entitled Equality in Education: Fairness and Inclusion published by Sense Publishers in 2014 discusses findings about Indonesian English learners' language anxiety when studying English at high school.  The sample included high school students learning English  in Indonesia and in Australia. The findings show that male students were more anxious compared with female students when learning English.
